Product liability involves personal injury or property damage litigation arising from alleged design and manufacturing defects, or information/warning deficiencies, in products.
Product liability refers to the liability of any or all parties along the manufacturing chain of any product for defects that may harm to a consumer. This includes the manufacturer of component parts (at the top of the chain), an assembling manufacturer, the wholesaler, and the retail store owner (at the bottom of the chain).
When personal injury occurs as a result of a defective product, such as an improperly designed hip implant, vaginal mesh that fails or a bad drug, any of those parties may be held responsible.
Jack Modesett aggressively defends victims who have suffered adverse effects from using these defective products.
